Terms and conditions for lending - Blåsebanken

These terms apply to everyone who borrows an instrument through Blåsebanken, a lending scheme run by Blåsemaker Grønnesby.

1. Responsibility for the instrument

The borrower is fully responsible for the instrument from the time it is received until it is returned in the same condition. The instrument must be handled with care and stored in the accompanying packaging/case.

2. Damage and destruction

You pay for the instrument if it is damaged - either full replacement value (cf. applicable instrument prices) or documented repair costs including labour time, as applicable. Blåsemaker Grønnesby determines which alternative is used. Normal wear and tear that occurs during careful use is not considered damage.

3. Return of goods

The instrument must be returned no later than the agreed end date. Late returns will be invoiced at NOK 600 per cancelled week. In the event of collection/delivery via Posten, the borrower is responsible for proper packaging.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation more than 7 days before the start date is free of charge. Cancellation with less than 7 days' notice: NOK 600 cancellation fee (only applies to users over the age of 26).

5. Geographical delimitation

Blåsebanken is only available to people living in Norway. Lending to addresses abroad is not possible.

6. Payment

Brukarar over 26 år betaler leigeavgift på kr 150/veke inkl. mva for heile perioden ved bestilling via Vipps MobilePay. Eventuell frakt (kr 140 inkl. mva) vert betalt på førehand ved bestilling. Brukarar under 26 år låner gratis.
