Info card - terms and conditions of purchase in brief
- 14 days cancellation policy on standard products
- No right of cancellation on special orders (instruments made according to your wishes)
- Returns: The customer pays return shipping, and goods must be in the same condition as received.
- Complaints: 2 years under the Consumer Sales Act
- Maintenance: Keep the instrument dry, avoid temperature fluctuations, and oil when needed
Price and payment
All prices are stated in NOK and include VAT for purchases in Norway.
Payment is made via the solutions available in the online store.
Delivery
Instruments are sent with tracking. Items in stock are normally dispatched within 3-5 working days.
For special orders production time may vary; estimated delivery will be agreed when ordering.
Right of cancellation
Standard products
For goods that are not customised, you have 14 days right of cancellation from the day you received the item.
Exceptions - special orders
Many of my instruments are made to order, customised according to the customer's wishes.
For such goods debt not the right of cancellation, in line with section 22 e of the Cancellation Act.
This applies to instruments (e.g. bukkehorns, lurs and other instruments) that are made especially for you.
Return
- You must give written notice within 14 days
- The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it
- The customer covers the return cost
- Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt and inspection of goods
Return of standard instruments
Instruments can be tested at home, but must be returned without damage or abnormal wear.
Return of customised instruments
Special orders can be not returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Complaints
If the instrument has a manufacturing defect, the rules of the Consumer Sales Act apply.
The complaint deadline is 2 years. Contact us if something is not as it should be.
Care
- Keep the instrument dry when not in use
- Avoid large temperature fluctuations
- To freshen up the colour of the horn, you can lightly oil it with neutral cooking oil or linseed oil (this is only aesthetic and does not affect the function)
