Data controller

Blåsemaker Grønnesby is responsible for the processing of personal data on blasemaker.no.

What information I collect

Online store

When you make a purchase, I collect your name, billing address, email address, phone number and payment information. This is necessary to fulfil the order and send a receipt.

Blowing bank - lending of instruments

When you submit a loan application, I collect: name, e-mail address, telephone number, age category (over/under 26 years) and any postal address (if you choose to send by post). This information is used to process the loan application and keep in touch with you during the loan period.

Contact via e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, your e-mail address and the content of your message will be stored for as long as is necessary to respond to you.

Server logs

The web host (ProIsp) automatically saves server logs with IP addresses, time and which pages are visited. These are automatically deleted after 30 days.

Legal basis

Purchases and loans: Processing is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract with you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Rekneskap: Transaction information is stored in accordance with the Bookkeeping Act (legal obligation, GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).
Statistics and improvement of the service: Legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Third parties I share data with

Vipps MobilePay

If you choose Vipps as your payment method, the payment will be handled by Vipps MobilePay AS. I share my name, email and order amount with Vipps. See Vipps privacy policy.

Stripe

Payment by card is carried out via Stripe. Card information is stored at Stripe and is never stored on our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Web hosting - ProIsp

The website is hosted on ProIsp's servers in Norway/EU. All personal data is stored within the EU/EEA.

Information cookies (cookies)

The website uses the following types of cookies:

Necessary cookies - ensures that the website and shopping basket work. These cannot be switched off.

You can switch off cookies in your browser settings, but note that some functions may then stop working.

Storage and deletion

Purchase history: Stored for 5 years in accordance with the Bookkeeping Act.
Lending data (Blåsebanken): Deleted no later than 6 months after the loan period has ended.
Email correspondence: Deleted when the case is closed and there is no longer a need to take care of it.

Your dishes

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have these rights:

Insight - you can request to see what information I have about you.
Saving - you can request that incorrect information be corrected.
Deletion - you can request that information about you be deleted, unless I am obliged to retain it (e.g. for accounting reasons).
Delimitation - you can request that the processing of your data be restricted.
Data portability - you can request to have your information disclosed in a machine-readable format.
Withdrawing consent - where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.

Right to complain

If you believe that I am processing your personal data in violation of data protection legislation, you can complain to Danish Data Protection Agency.

Changes to the privacy policy
